RETURNS and WITHDRAWAL of your online order:
You have the right to withdraw the purchase agreement (your online order) within a period of 14 days (2 weeks) without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Notify us in writing (letter or via email) within the period of 14 days that you cancel your purchase agreement (your online order), always state in this your online order number and send the goods to us without delay but no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to cancel the agreement (online order) or you also may hand it over in the store.
When sending back your online order (the products) these must be sent to us unused and in the original packaging, add with this also your online invoice (or state your online order number) and indicate whether you want to exchange (for example for a different size) or whether you wish a refund of your purchase amount.
The purchase amount will be refunded immediately (within 14 days) after receipt of the goods. (refund is done the same way as you have paid for the order). The direct costs of returning the order (the products) are for your account. You are liable for the possible depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, going beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
